Registration Policy



Registration Fees include:

1. Access for one participant except where payment is being made for a group of ten or more persons. In such cases, access will be given only to the persons for whom payment has been made ·

2. Access ONLY to the sessions for which payment has been made ·

3. Live interactive sessions and opportunities for question time with speakers

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted up to 3 calendar days prior to the start date of the conference and a 10% administrative fee will be deducted. Please note that this fee will be incurred for all cancellation/refund requests regardless of when they are received. Refunds will be credited using the original method of payment less the cancellation fee. Requests for cancellation received after the cutoff date will not be refunded for any reason and refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Substitutions

These will not be allowed. If someone is unable to attend a session, he or she will need to cancel the registration before the cancellation cut-off time.

Payment Policy

1. Payment must be received in full before registrants will be granted access to the conference
2. All registrations must be made through the Academy’s website that will be linked to a payment platform
3. Payments can only be made via credit or debit cards
4. Registration will be in the name of the person whose credit or debit card is used for the payment

Tickets Purchasing Policy

a. US$ 30 per person per session EXCEPT for the Caribbean Religious Groups Panel Discussion which will be a 4-hour session broken into two 2-hour sessions with a video presentation of about 30 minutes between the two sessions. The cost will be US$50 per person

b. There will be a discounted rate of US$25 per person for a group of ten or more persons attending the SAME session and the price of US$250 must be paid at the time of registration

c. Tickets for the entire conference may be purchased for US$350 per person
