Prof Atul Shah is an expert on Jainism, a religion which
inspired Mahatma Gandhis Non-violent revolution. He has a PhD from LSE and is founder of Young
Jains global movement and an occasional broadcaster on the BBC. Atul has unique
skills in both research and communication and has written international books
on Jain business ethics and education reform.
Professor Shah has over thirty years of teaching and
research experience at institutions like London School of Economics (where he
earned his PhD), City University, UCL, University of Bristol and University of
Maryland in USA.
He has published four research books, all available on
Amazon, and over twenty scientific research articles in top international
journals and professional publications.
One of his most recent books looks at
reinventing business education for a caring and inclusive culture and planet - very
prescient for the crises we face today.
Professor Atul K. Shah is also a qualified Chartered
Accountant and brings global business and commercial experience in his
classroom. Atul has broadcast on most BBC stations including World Service,
Radio 2 and Radio 4 and Channel 4.
